Positive, I loved the clean, comfy Standard Single Room. The shower was amazing with really hot water. Plus, the kettle with tea and coffee made my stay even better. The location was super convenient with a tram station just 100m away. Communication with the team was easy and helpful! 😊

Great location, easy to explore Krakow.
I stayed in the Standard Single Room and it was unbearable. The noise levels were through the roof, making sleep almost impossible. The lack of soundproofing meant I could hear my neighbors clearly, which was infuriating. the curtains offered no privacy or darkness, making the experience even worse.

The room offered great value, but the internet was flaky on the top floor. Location near tram and attractions excellent.

the aparthotel has a really good location, super close to the tram station and it's easy to get to the city center. the room was clean, cosy, and comfy, perfect for a solo traveler. the team was really helpful and easy to contact. i would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting krakow! also, loved that the check-in was simple and hassle-free.
the only downside was that there was no ventilation in the bathroom which kinda sucked. oh, and a kettle made of glass instead of plastic would be better too.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city center and conveniently near a tram station. The self check-in process was quick and uncomplicated, allowing for a smooth arrival. While the room was clean and spacious with a nice touch of complimentary tea, coffee, and water, the absence of a fridge was a drawback. noise from neighboring rooms disrupted sleep occasionally, although the overall ambiance remained peaceful at night.

The contactless checkout was super cool, and the host provided all the info I needed for the main door and room key. I loved hanging out in the lovely garden area and enjoyed some relaxing moments by the small fountain. The only minor drawback was no fridge in the room, but overall, it was a comfy stay! 😊
